Rider University is proud to announce the Teacher Education Scholarship for aspiring educators.
As the United States faces a critical shortage of teachers, Rider encourages students to embark on this rewarding career path by offering a $2,000 annual scholarship, renewable for the lesser of 8 consecutive semesters or completion of an undergraduate education degree.
All undergraduate students who apply to Rider as an elementary educationor secondary education major for the fall 2023 semester will be considered for the Teacher Education Scholarship. Students must also enroll in a minimum of 12 credits a semester, maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher and remain in good academic standing.
