ETA Omicron Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority (Due Feb 7, 2025)
Please find the link to the 2025 General Scholarship Application from the ETA Omicron Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. We would like to have our scholarship application distributed and encouraged to apply to graduating Senior female students. Applications are due February 7, 2025 and the requirements are listed within the application. A Completed Scholarship Application is due no later than February 7, 2025 and MUST include the following:

Complete Application (Please proofread your application and ensure each section is complete.);

A Photo of the Applicant;

OFFICIAL High School Transcript from each high school attended by the applicant. Unofficial transcripts will not be considered;

1 Letter of Recommendation (Your letter of recommendation must be completed and signed by a teacher, guidance counselor, church, employer, or other reference who can attest to your character, work ethic, and/or extracurricular activities. The recommendation cannot be completed by family members.);

Parent/Guardians 2023 tax return(s). (The tax return(s) should reflect the adjusted gross income of all contributing household members. Please redact all Social Security numbers before submission. If your file is password protected please send the password in an email.); and

A 300-500 word essay. (Topics will be listed later on in application.)

2025 Daughters of Ireland Scholarship (Due Feb 13, 2025)

The following criteria must be met in order to apply for this scholarship:
● Each school may select up to two applicants from the graduating class who they best feel would be most deserving for this scholarship award.
● Applicants must receive two letters of recommendation from a teacher or mentor.
● Applicants must be female, part of the 2025 graduating class, residents of Union County, NJ, and be of Irish descent.
● Application must be received electronically by Thursday, February 13 at 5 PM EST.
● Interviews of the final candidates will be conducted on March 2. Applicants must be available for the interview to be considered for the scholarship – no exceptions.
● The amount of the scholarship can vary depending on fundraising efforts; however, the minimum awarded will be a one-year scholarship in the amount of at least $1,000.
